1. Overview
Apprentices For Hire™ is a national apprentice recruitment and placement platform powered by United States Help Desk Academy, Nevada Help Desk, and Tech Queen Elite Training Institute. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from employers, candidates, and visitors.
2. Candidate Information
We publish candidate name, photograph, professional title, certifications, and availability only with each candidate's informed, documented consent. Private contact information, resumes, and full profiles are accessible only to verified, approved employers. Candidates may request correction, removal, or withdrawal of consent at any time.
3. Employer Information
We collect business contact and hiring requirement information during registration. Employer accounts require email verification and business approval before private candidate access is granted. We record which candidate an employer requested, profile views, resume downloads, and interview requests for audit and placement tracking purposes.
4. Data Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls, role-based permissions, audit logs, rate limiting, and bot protection are enforced. Resume access is time-limited and authorized. We follow privacy-conscious recruitment practices and avoid collecting protected personal characteristics or sensitive background information unnecessarily.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain information as needed for legitimate recruitment and placement purposes and as required by law. Candidates and employers may request data deletion or account suspension. Data retention and deletion workflows apply to all records.
6. No Unauthorized Access
Private candidate profiles, resumes, and employer account information are never exposed through public or permanent bearer-token links. Authorization is checked on the server for every private profile, resume, and employer action.
