By accessing Apprentices For Hire™, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Permitted Use
Employers may use candidate information solely for legitimate hiring and recruitment purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, or use candidate information for any purpose other than genuine hiring evaluation.
3. Employer Accounts
Employer access requires registration, email verification, and business approval. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse candidate information.
4. Candidate Representation
We display only verified certifications as earned and distinguish them from course completions and pending exams. We clearly distinguish registered apprentices from graduates who completed training or certification. We do not guarantee security clearances, employment, federal qualifications, or specific job placement outcomes.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we connect employers with certified talent, we do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired, that any employer will hire a candidate, or that placements will result in long-term employment.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Attempting to access private profiles without authorization, manipulating URLs to view restricted content, scraping candidate data, or sharing employer credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action.
